Welcome
to our factory, in this part, you will be able to take a small
tour in Egedeniz . We currently continue our production and
marketing facilities in our own building, with two floors for
production with 3000 m/2 in total and with our warehouse of
2000 m/2. |

SAMPLE DEPARTMENT |

This
place is the beginning of everything, all of our patterns and
samples are prepared in this room. All of our patterns are prepared
through Cad-Cam Systems and by using our plotter (Konsan) we
minimize our potential faults before production. This is the
part where also all of the sales samples of Egedeniz are prepared. |

CUTTING |

This
is our department, where all of our fabrics are cut and prepared
either for pre-sewing processes (Like embroidery or printing)
or for sewing. In our cutting department we have 3 cutting tables,
which are suitable for cutting both tube and open widthed fabrics.
Also we use 3 movable and one 2 fixed blades for cutting. |

SEWING |

The is the place ,where
the state of art meets with experience and quality. Egedeniz;
with its 70 knitting machines (Overlock, Single Chain Stitching,
Bartag Machines) is highly specialized in production of knitted
ready garments. |

QUALITY CONTROL |

In
quality control department every single item's produces are
audited both according to clients' requests and international
standarts. Egedeniz, targeting the highest quality possible
is proud to declare that the second quality among the goods
produced are minimzed to 2-3 maximum percent by the help of
it's highly developed quality control systems. |

This
is where all of our goods get their final shapes and desired
outlooks. |
